Conditions outside Germany

We only sell to wholesale and retail customers, no private persons.

Retail customers:

Payment conditions: Prepayment/bank transfer (money order)
Delivery conditions:
Europe: EXW - flat rate 22,50 €, order quantity more than 250,00 € flat rate reduced to 12,95 €
Outside Europe: EXW - flat rate 35,00 €
Delivery time: After the money is on our account about 2 - 4 days
Minimum order quantity: 150,00 €

Ordering process:

1. Client has to register (European customers: don't forget European VAT Reg.No., otherwise we have to charge VAT)
On request client has to send evidence of trading licence.

2. After checking identity login will be activated, client will be informed.
Categories and prices are visible. If client has European VAT Reg.No. German tax has not to be paid.

3. Client sends order via online shop or email.
(via online shop: customer will get confirmation of sending the order via online shop by email)

4. Availability of items will be checked, customer will get proforma invoice as pdf document,
payment instructions and information for money transfer by email.

5. After we have received the money on our account we will send ordered items by UPS or DHL.
Client will be informed, on request tracking no. will be send by email.


Wholesale customers:

Payment conditions: 40% deposit, bank transfer / 60% prior to product shipment, bank transfer
Delivery conditions: EXW / by UPS
Delivery time: about 6 weeks
Minimum order quantity: 30 pcs. per design

1. Client has to registert (European customers: don't forget VAT Reg.No., otherwise we have to charge VAT)
On request client has to send evidence of trading licence.
Client has to inform us about wholesale customer status and interest, otherwise prices after registration
are retail customer prices and not wholesale customer prices.

2. After checking identity, login will be activated, client will be informed.
Categories and prices are visible.

3. Client send order via online shop or email.
(via online shop: customer will get confirmation of sending the order by email.

4. Items will be checked, prices will be checked - depending on silver price rate price corrections
are possible. Client will be informed about total cost (prices and shipping cost). Client confirms (or not).

5. Client advances 40% of total cost by bank transfer, after transfer is done production will start.

6. Client will be informed when production is ready. He will transfer 60% (the rest) of the money.

7. Upon bank confirmation of full payment receipt, order will be shipped immediately.
